About Erik Foster Erik Foster has been involved in the Music Business for over 20 years. He spent a lot of time behind the scenes as his mom, Lura Foster made a name for herself in Nashville TN as a producer and Music Arranger. She arranged all of the charts for TNN's top rated Country Music shows such as the Ralph Emery Show, Nashville Now, Music City Tonight, & Prime Time Country. During that time, she pioneered the Nashville Number System, which is the recording industry standard. After high school, Erik attended Belmont University and then took an opportunity to travel on the road in the singing group, the Fox Brothers as their Bass singer. He spent 5 years singing at fairs and festivals across the country. They also made numerous television appearances on TNN including Nashville Now, and the Grand Ole Opry. In 1997, Erik decided to leave the road and focus on family and an opportunity to serve in the local church on staff as an Orchestra Director. The position eventually turned in to a Worship Leader position, which he still holds. Over the years, God has blessed his ability to work with people both in the church and in the professional world of recording. After settling in Indiana, he was able to connect with Gaither Music Group. After seeing Erik on local TV leading worship and also learning of his past years of recording experience in Nashville TN, Jay Rouse, a producer for Praise Gathering decided to have Erik join them on a worship project. Every since then, Erik has become a first call background singer in the Indianapolis studio circuit. He still travels back and forth between Nashville and Indianapolis taking part in recording sessions for various Publishing companies. In 2008, Erik decided to incorporate and make an effort to expand his musical abilities to help others realize their dreams of making their music come to life. He currently has multiple accounts with producers and professionals that utilize Erik's abilities to write background vocals and create Lead Sheets and Orchestrations. A few of those clients include Praisecharts, Daywind Soundtracks, Sight & Sound Productions, DMI Music Los Angeles, Concordia Publishing, Faith Music Missions. Currently, Erik serves as Worship Leader at Gracepoint Church in New Whiteland, IN. He has served with his Pastor since 2000. He and his beautiful wife Anna, live on a 435 acre farm with their 4 children - Riley, Alex, Wade, and Abigail.
